LAwrence was in town so we went to town fer a while then to this Nike soccer event thingy with Duane.. was an interesting concept... then went around did some survey's than went to play soccer at cuzy's place... was supposed toswim but was too cold... decided not to... then went to Ghand's to eat Again OH MY GAWD i had like three servings of rice.. mAn that was way way toooooo much... way too much... my stomach's deffinately two or three size's bigger... went home after that... just got this book from BEn .. tHe five people you meet in heaven... by MItch Albom... Funny thing is on the way back on the train i sat next to this girl who was half way through the same book...
BUt that's not the weird part... i disticntly recall sitting next to someone one on the train the same day i got the first Book By MItch Albom Tuesday's With Morrie... Strange.... huh...

Run Forrest...

Ran the SO help me GOD route today...wow...was a decent pace but was too Bloody long... from my house to jalan KAyu...then down yio chu kang road past the first chuch... St Vincent De PAul... all the way to to hougang ave 2 then... left on to hougang ave 2.. all the way down past the stadium... and left onto upper serangoon road and onto sengkang east drive then left on to sengkang east way and past the fianl churh..St. Anne's Church.. then past compass point.. then it's home... You can stop wondering why i call it the so help me god route... haaha lucky i had music to listen to while i run.. if not...Xian ah...

Hoa it's friday... can't believe it but i've worked till late every day of this week...man...that's just sooooo sad.. but hey like they say..those who can..... do.... Those who can't....do Overtime...hheheheh...show me the money... :) siau.... what to do hits fli lay lor......this weekend looks alright... for now...but still too early to say anything...don't wanna jinx it.... i miss my pS2...... : / Fwah fwah...ran again last night... 35 min 05 secs..... Phew...it's over

YUp it's finally over... the Nus Biathlon... was quite an experience.. .good and bad... the trainnig paid of in interest off course...hahaha...

the wait for registration was a long one... and one hell of a snaking quee..
when it finally started...it went ok for a while...now since i'm not a strong swimmer... basically while iwas swimming... i felt like i was practically tossed and turned in the water by a mass of swimmer's that are somewhat faster than me... the run was a decent one... i guess it could have been better... if i didn't have to fend off the people that were trying to hump my leg while i was swimming... that took quite alot out of me... too much to push myself for the run... but i did do it... start to finish... so i'm taking all the credit i can get...aiiight... Went for a massage after that.. man what a MASSAGE..... that was really good... went to ps for the ever so famous grilled chicken... OH ya the avoccado juice at the food court really SUCKED... what a rip off.... then came home.. R&Red fer a while then crashed... didn't sleep but was in limbo forever... neither here nor there... weird... too stuffed to sleep i guess...

i'm at stu's now... we're both trying to fix my com up... it's 1:21 in the morning... been here since about 7:40.... man what a load of crap... it started out as a software problem...looked really simple... hahaha what a laugh... turned out to be a lot more than either of us expected.... Kudo's to stu... for the effort.. YOU DA MAN.... da makkal...!!!! hahaha we should set up shop together... i'll do the hardware... you do software.... hahaha... man i could kill some one now....haha... but hey... here's looking forward to brigther computer day's... less crap...more work done... :) took a time out n went for prata... excellent... !! ok ... it back to work now... another problem.... sighzzzzzzz.......

Went for training for our biathalon tuesday... we did time trials for trials for the full bi' where there's a qualifying round... thirthy laps in forty minutes... i managed to do it in forty one minutes and fifty something seconds... close but no cigaR...haha whoa... so it's this sunday.. the NUS biathalon.. with all the trainnig and preperation... we'll be alright... i'm still using to much effort to swim... not gliding enuff.... gotta work that out.. !! went out last night to sim lim... Did you know that there are even ah beng computer geeks...hahahaha as in their cpu's are decked out in the lastest and hottest's hardware... and the hardware all looks ( in lay man term's) See bay feirce ah!!! hahaha... got a new harddisk.. then came home.. it's training again tonight... we'll be doing time tiarls for this sunday... the swim and the run... nothing much happening else where...

it's monday and im sitting at my table at work and i seem to have no recollection of a weekend... it probably seem's that way... only because i was working over the weekend... saturday and sunday... strange how two entire days' are diluted into a regular weekday... went and watched a movie yesterday...Constantine.... NOt bad not bad at all.... actually liked it... went for the the usual ever so famous Grilled chicken in black sauce after that.. in P.S.

oh ya.. it's valentine's day today... and i say that there is an overkill to it... it's hyped up and all croc... with some one you love...everyday should be valentine's day... and that door has to swing both way's as in both parties should do something special for the other.... there's just an overwhelming emphasis on valentine's day being gender biased towards women... Along with Us guy's being brain washed by the media over the last hundred years or so... how did i celebrate it... in front of my t.v.....where almost all other day's should be celebrated....

Alcoholic's Enormous

well it's been a while... so here goes... had a pretty good week... considering i didn't have to work for two days.... The weekend's completely gone though... have to complete some work for an audit... sigh....!!!! what a load of croc.... went out on thursday with duane mike stu and kev... had fun at this place called acid bar... nice... strange but nice... :) was making a lot of noise and singing along... with the help of BEER....!!!Gotta love it... even got coaxed to go up on stage and sing... Was pretty high so don't really know how it went... didn't feel too bad... And yup nobody threw anything at me...so that's a good start... so now for the next forty day's there'll be no alcohol... Yeeeeeeesh... what have i done... in my drunken stupor i agreed to give up alcohol for the whole of lent...( i actually agreed to that before but i'm still trying to worm my way out of it...) now i'm really looking forward to easter... Free Flow... Hi I"m ansley and i've been sober for twenty four hours... i'll see you when i see ya...!!!
