Backbreaker

went for a run to test drive my new shoes today... didn't go too well, firstly i had to carry a camel bak because the distance i was planning to cover was ridiculous. secondly i didn't have a proper bag to carry this 3 litre bladder so i used a bag i had
that was a mistake. after about 15 km my back couldn't take the pain so i stopped, was feeling really good about the run though!
i stopped because this bag of mine managed to give me abbrasions on both my shoulder blades, and after it scrapped through on both sides and mixed with my sweat it hurt like hell... so i called it quits. took a cab home from bishan.... :)
nevertheless these new shoes are worth every cent.
thanks to duane's recommendation.
