follow up

went for an x-ray today to see about my neck... just to follow up.. went down to bike shop to evaluate cost of repairs.. then went to see the motorcyclist... he agreed to cover the damages... have to draw up a contract to state that no futher action will be taken on both parties once settlement has been received... soon it'll all be over... but the fear is already there... i guess fear is a good thing to have..for now... sometimes it doesn't matter how safe you are... if someone else isn't you could still end up bearing the brunt of it and it's pain's and scar's...
